An established multi-channel retailer is seeking a PPC Executive to take ownership of its paid media activity and help drive customer acquisition and revenue growth. This is an exciting opportunity for a data-driven and ambitious marketer to make a visible impact across a fast-paced and growing business.
Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day PPC campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and emerging paid search platforms.
Monitor and optimise bids, budgets, and ad copy to deliver agreed KPIs and maximise ROI.
Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
Work closely with the digital marketing team to align PPC activity with SEO, social, and email campaigns.
Produce regular performance reports, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
Support the testing and rollout of new paid media features, formats, and targeting options.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure landing pages and product feeds are optimised for paid traffic.
Keep up to date with industry trends, platform changes, and best practices to maintain a competitive edge.
Assist with forecasting and budget planning for paid search activity.
Act as the go-to person internally for all PPC-related questions and opportunities.
What We''re Looking For
Proven experience as a PPC Executive, Paid Search Specialist, or similar role within a multi-channel retail environment.
Strong understanding of Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Shopping campaigns, and audience targeting.
Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills and experience using Google Analytics or similar tools.
Excellent attention to detail, with the ability to manage budgets and deliver clear reporting.
Ability to work cross-functionally with marketing, trading, and creative teams.
Commercially minded, with a track record of delivering ROI and improving key performance metrics.
Proactive, eager to test new ideas and approaches, and confident in suggesting improvements.
