Supply Desk is working in partnership with a welcoming and supportive primary school in the Denham (UB9) area to appoint a flexible and enthusiastic PPA Cover Teacher. This is a fantastic opportunity for a versatile educator to work across year groups and make a meaningful impact across the primary phase.

This role would suit a confident, adaptable, and engaging teacher with a strong understanding of the primary curriculum, who thrives in a dynamic and flexible working environment.

As a PPA Cover Teacher, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality lessons across different year groups, ensuring continuity of learning while class teachers are released for planning, preparation, and assessment. This role offers flexibility with both full-time and part-time options available.

• Delivering engaging and well-structured lessons across EYFS, KS1, and KS2 (depending on school needs)
• Maintaining a positive, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment
• Adapting quickly to different year groups and learning needs
• Ensuring consistent classroom management and high expectations
• Supporting pupils of varying abilities, including those with SEN
• Following school planning frameworks and providing clear feedback to class teachers
• Building strong relationships with pupils, staff, and leadership
• Working collaboratively with teaching assistants and the wider team

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) – Desirable
• Experience across primary key stages
• Strong classroom management and organisational skills
• A flexible, adaptable, and proactive approach
• Ability to deliver engaging lessons with confidence across subjects
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Availability for full-time or part-time work in the Denham (UB9) area from September

• Experience in a PPA cover role or regular supply teaching
• Confidence teaching across multiple year groups
• Experience supporting pupils with additional needs (SEN)
• Strong understanding of curriculum progression across primary phases
• Ability to quickly build rapport in new classroom settings
