Job Description:

vandnbsp; Deliveringandnbsp;engaging, differentiated lessonsandnbsp;across EYFS, KS1, and KS2 to cover teachersandrsquo; PPA time
vandnbsp; Ensuringandnbsp;continuity of learningandnbsp;and maintaining high expectations for all pupils
vandnbsp; Creating aandnbsp;stimulating and inclusive learning environmentandnbsp;that promotes progress and independence
vandnbsp; Working closely with class teachers and support staff to ensureandnbsp;seamless transitionsandnbsp;andandnbsp;consistency in pedagogy
vandnbsp; Contributing to theandnbsp;wider life of the school, including assemblies, clubs, and enrichment activities
The Ideal Candidate Will:

vandnbsp; Have experience across the primary age range (Desirable but not essential)
vandnbsp; Be aandnbsp;resilient and reflective practitionerandnbsp;with strongandnbsp;behaviour managementandnbsp;andandnbsp;adaptive teachingandnbsp;skills
vandnbsp; Demonstrate a commitment toandnbsp;inclusive educationandnbsp;andandnbsp;raising attainment for all learners
vandnbsp; Be confident in delivering lessons across a broad curriculum, includingandnbsp;core and foundation subjects
vandnbsp; Possess excellentandnbsp;interpersonal and communication skills, with a proactive and collaborative approach
vandnbsp; Hold or be willing to obtain anandnbsp;enhanced DBS check
