Smile Education is working in partnership with a welcoming primary school in Worcestershire to recruit a committed and consistent PPA Teacher for a temporary role covering, until the end of the summer term with the potential of going permanent with the school.-

This role requires someone-who can commit to the full duration-of the placement, ensuring continuity for pupils.

Role Overview:

• Teaching across Year 1 to Year 6, providing flexible classroom support as needed
• The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and delivering afternoon sessions-
• PPA time will be provided to support planning and preparation.

The Ideal Candidate Will:

• Hold QTS(or equivalent).
• Have experience teaching across the primary age range.
• Be adaptable, organised, and confident working with different year groups.
• Be reliable and able to commit to the role
• Have strong classroom management and a positive, child-centred approach.
