Contract: Term-time / PPA Cover
Pay: In line with the national teacher pay scale

Are you an enthusiastic and adaptable primary teacher looking for a rewarding role in a supportive and well-established Worcestershire school? We are seeking a dedicated Key Stage 1/ Key stage 2 PPA Cover Teacher to join our friendly team and help deliver excellent learning experiences across multiple classes.

The Role We are looking for a confident, flexible teacher to provide PPA cover across Key Stage 1 and Key stage 2. Your role will include:

• Delivering engaging, well-structured lessons across Year 1, 2, 3 and 4 
• Ensuring continuity of learning so that every pupil makes progress
• Creating a calm, positive classroom environment
• Working closely with class teachers and support staff
• Upholding the school’s values of respect, ambition, and inclusion

About You To be successful, you will:

• Hold QTS (or equivalent)
• Have experience teaching in Key Stage 1 and Key stage 2 
• Be organised, adaptable, and able to step into different classes with confidence
• Have strong behaviour management and excellent communication skills
• Be committed to providing high-quality learning opportunities for all children
