Key Responsibilities:
- Deliverandnbsp;engaging,andnbsp;well-structured lessonsandnbsp;acrossandnbsp;EYFS,andnbsp;KS1, andandnbsp;KS2andnbsp;to cover teacher PPA time
- Adapt to different year groups and subjects while maintainingandnbsp;high expectationsandnbsp;andandnbsp;positive behaviour
- Work closely with class teachers to ensureandnbsp;continuity of learningandnbsp;andandnbsp;effective handovers
- Foster aandnbsp;safe,andnbsp;inclusive, andandnbsp;stimulating classroom environment
- Support the schoolandrsquo;s wider curriculum throughandnbsp;enrichment activities,andnbsp;assemblies, andandnbsp;school events
- Contribute to the schoolandrsquo;s ethos ofandnbsp;teamwork,andnbsp;respect, andandnbsp;lifelong learning
What Weandrsquo;re Looking For:
- Holdandnbsp;QTSandnbsp;and have experience teaching across the primary age range (desirable but not essential)
- Be confident, adaptable, and proactive in managing different classroom settings
- Demonstrate strongandnbsp;classroom managementandnbsp;andandnbsp;differentiation strategies
- Be committed toandnbsp;raising standardsandnbsp;andandnbsp;supporting pupil progress
- Embrace aandnbsp;growth mindsetandnbsp;and value ongoingandnbsp;CPD
- Be a team player with excellentandnbsp;communicationandnbsp;andandnbsp;organisational skills
