Key Responsibilities:

• Teach engaging and well-planned lessons across EYFS, KS1, and KS2 during teacher PPA cover
• Adapt confidently to different year groups and subjects while maintaining high standards and positive behaviour
• Collaborate with class teachers to ensure smooth transitions and continuity of learning
• Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment
• Support the wider curriculum through involvement in school events, assemblies, and enrichment activities
• Uphold the schoolandrsquo;s values of teamwork, respect, and lifelong learning

The Ideal Candidate:

• Holds QTS and has experience teaching across the primary age range (preferred but not essential)
• Is confident, adaptable, and proactive in managing varied classroom settings
• Demonstrates effective classroom management and differentiation strategies
• Is committed to raising standards and supporting pupil progress
• Values continuous professional development and embraces a growth mindset
• Is a strong communicator and team player with excellent organisational skills
