Key Responsibilities:
- Teach engaging and well-planned lessons across EYFS, KS1, and KS2 during teacher PPA cover
- Adapt confidently to different year groups and subjects while maintaining high standards and positive behaviour
- Collaborate with class teachers to ensure smooth transitions and continuity of learning
- Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment
- Support the wider curriculum through involvement in school events, assemblies, and enrichment activities
- Uphold the schoolandrsquo;s values of teamwork, respect, and lifelong learning
The Ideal Candidate:
- Holds QTS and has experience teaching across the primary age range (preferred but not essential)
- Is confident, adaptable, and proactive in managing varied classroom settings
- Demonstrates effective classroom management and differentiation strategies
- Is committed to raising standards and supporting pupil progress
- Values continuous professional development and embraces a growth mindset
- Is a strong communicator and team player with excellent organisational skills
