  • Work collaboratively with teachers, teaching assistants, therapists and wider professionals to support pupil progress and wellbeing.
  • Support pupils'' communication, independence, confidence and personal development.
  • Follow individual education plans, care plans and behaviour support strategies where required.

We Are Looking For Someone Who:

  • Holds Qualified Teacher Status or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification.
  • Has experience working with children or young people with SEND.
  • Is confident teaching across a range of ages and abilities.
  • Has a flexible, creative and child-centred approach to teaching and learning.
  • Can quickly establish positive and supportive relationships with pupils.
  • Works effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
  • Has strong communication, organisational and classroom management skills.
  • Is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people.

What We Offer

  • A rewarding opportunity to make a genuine difference to the lives of children and young people with complex needs.
  • A supportive and collaborative staff team.
  • Ongoing professional development opportunities.
  • The opportunity to work within a specialist setting where inclusion and individual achievement are at the heart of everything we do.
  • A full-time, long-term position within a welcoming and dedicated school community.

If you are a compassionate, adaptable and enthusiastic teacher looking for a role where every day is different and every achievement matters, we would love to hear from you.
