PowerOn Reliance SCADA Engineer - Wokingham - 6 months - Inside IR35 We are hiring experienced PowerOn Reliance SCADA Engineers to support a major utilities programme, delivering critical system validation and integration across transmission SCADA environments. This role will focus on testing, configuration, and end-to-end validation of GE PowerOn Reliance (PoR) systems, ensuring successful deployment across complex operational landscapes. This is a delivery-focused role requiring strong hands-on expertise in SCADA systems, integration, and testing within live or near-live power environments. Key Responsibilities Design and execute testing and validation across GE PowerOn Reliance (PoR) SCADA and EMS systems Perform functional, non-functional, and integration testing across multiple environments Deliver end-to-end SCADA system validation aligned to business and operational requirements Create and execute detailed test plans, scenarios, and test cases Configure and support PoR components including Application Servers, Database Servers, FEP (Front End Processors), and Historian systems Collaborate with system integrators, vendors, and internal delivery teams to ensure alignment with requirements Support integration of SCADA systems with enterprise applications and external interfaces Act as a subject matter expert across SCADA testing and validation phases Work within Agile teams to support delivery, defect management, and reporting using tools such as JIRA/XRAY Ensure ..... full job details .....
