Service Engineer / Plant Technician / Powered Access Specialist - Rotherham

Salary: -35,000 - -40,000 + bonus & perks
Hours: 42.5 per week, Mon-Fri

Are you a Service Engineer, Plant Technician, Mobile Plant Mechanic, or Access Equipment Specialist ready to take control of your career?

Join a leading construction and plant rental depot and work on a diverse fleet-from 17m telehandlers to Bomag 55 rollers. You''ll inspect, maintain, and repair machinery that keeps projects moving safely and efficiently.

What You''ll Do:

• Diagnose and fix mechanical faults on powered access equipment, rollers, HGV plant trucks, and more
• Estimate repair costs & advise the team
• Update stock and assist with collections/deliveries
• Work alongside skilled engineers and mechanics

Who You Are:

• Experienced in plant maintenance or heavy machinery repair
• Detail-oriented and safety-focused
• Motivated to learn and grow (NVQ in Plant Ops is a bonus!)
