Powered Access Engineer

Location: SleafordSalary: 38,000- 40,000 + Company VanHours: Monday-Friday, 7:00am-5:00pmBennett and Game are currently working with an established company within the powered access and plant hire industry, who are looking for an experienced Powered Access Fitter to join their team in Sleaford.This is a hands-on position working on a range of powered access equipment, with a mixture of workshop-based repairs, servicing and PDI checks, alongside field-based breakdown and maintenance work.Key ResponsibilitiesService, maintain and repair powered access equipmentDiagnose and rectify mechanical, hydraulic and electrical faultsCarry out PDI inspections and machine checksAttend customer sites to carry out repairs and maintenanceEnsure equipment is safe, reliable and ready for hireWork independently and manage repairs through to completionSupport the wider plant and workshop operation when requiredRequirementsPrevious experience working on powered access equipmentStrong mechanical fault-finding and repair skillsConfident diagnosing and repairing machineryExperience with plant, agricultural or similar equipment will also be consideredReliable, hardworking and conscientious approachComfortable working both in a workshop and out on customer sitesIPAF/PAL or CAP qualifications are not essential.
