Power Systems Offer Marketing Manager

Mission: We are seeking an Offer Marketing Manager to drive the strategy, positioning, and performance of our Power Systems portfolio in Ireland (80%) and AIS Medium Voltage Switchgear portfolio in the UK (20%). As the voice of the market, you will ensure our offers remain competitive and aligned with customer needs and industry trends. Working closely with Sales, Engineering, factories, and Global Business Units, you will support portfolio growth, product launches, and market performance. As part of the UK and Ireland Marketing Organisation, you will leverage insights into customer applications, market dynamics, competitors, and electrical network requirements to develop go-to-market strategies, sales enablement initiatives, and product improvements that strengthen market leadership. This role is based in Schneider Electric''s Dublin office and requires close collaboration with teams across Ireland and the UK, including regular travel to the UK (approximately once per month) and occasional additional travel within Ireland, the UK, and internationally to support customer engagement, events, training, and business initiatives. Responsibilities: Portfolio Strategy and Market Intelligence Drive the performance of the Power Systems portfolio across the UK and Ireland. Assess competitors, conduct technical benchmarking, and develop pricing and positioning strategies.
