Plant Manager Energy from Waste Excellent basic salary + location allowance + car allowance + generous bonus Oxfordshire/Buckinghamshire SCINERGY Recruitment are looking for a Plant Manager to join an established EFW power station in the Oxfordshire/Buckinghamshire area.This is a senior leadership role with full accountability for site performance. The successful candidate will take ownership of plant operations, maintenance delivery and financial performance, ensuring the facility operates safely, efficiently and in line with contractual requirements.Key responsibilities include: Overall leadership and management of the EfW facility, with responsibility for operational performance and profitabilityEnsuring safe, reliable plant operation while meeting availability, throughput and power generation targetsFull ownership of site financials, including PandL management, budgeting, forecasting and cost controlManaging and developing the site team, covering recruitment, training, performance and succession planningLiaising with commercial teams, local authorities and external stakeholders to ensure contractual and regulatory obligations are metDriving continuous improvement across operations and maintenance, working with central engineering functions where requiredMaintaining high standards of health, safety and environmental compliance across the site The ideal candidate will have: Significant management experience within power generation or a similar heavy process environment at ..... full job details .....
