Power Procurement Account Manager

We’re growing our Power Procurement team and are looking for talented people to join us at a pivotal time.
The opportunityAs Zenobe expands its Power Procurement offerings, this role will contribute to growth and bring fresh ideas to our collaborative team.
A taste of the day to day
Oversee the implementation of the UK divisions flex power procurement portfolio, manage risk strategies, and maximise value for customers within the framework; provide monthly analytical position reports.
Provide 360-degree account management for all accounts, delivering excellent customer service.
Issue daily market reports to relevant stakeholders with a monthly round-up.
Support growth of the UK power procurement portfolio by delivering sales and renewals targets, collaborate with the wider EV Fleet team on Power Pricing and related opportunities.
Negotiate, prepare and deliver Power Pricing offerings to Zenobe’s EV Fleet customers for high-level stakeholders.
Work with the Commercial Analytics team to set pricing for Zenobe’s energy supply offering.
Contribute to ongoing development of Zenobe’s Power Pricing product offering and manage contract execution with customers.
Maintain positive relationships with energy suppliers to offer competitive Power Pricing.
Manage Zenobe’s Power Pricing customer portfolio including contract management, trading positions, query resolution, invoice validation and proactive customer engagement.
Help improve existing processes and customer management tools.

Essential
Experience in a similar Power Procurement/Account Management/Sales role with B2B power procurement in Third-Party Intermediary or Retail Supplier sectors.
Experience structuring, negotiating, and executing fixed and flexible commodity contracts.
Strong understanding of UK energy markets and their drivers.
Ability to work with and analyse large data sets; strong analytical skills.
Client/customer facing experience in a B2B environment with confident presenting.
Commercially focused with ability to contribute to new market opportunities.
Collaborative with effective internal and external communication.
Highly organised problem solver with attention to detail.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
Desirable
Knowledge of UK IandC Solar market and funded solutions/revenue streams.
Knowledge/understanding of UK PPA and CPPA markets, structure and benefits.
Understanding of UK Carbon Credit markets and routes to market.
