Key Responsibilities Set and operate Power Presses from 25T – 400T Set forming, piercing, cropping and progression/follow-through tooling Set and operate de-coilers Read and interpret engineering drawings Carry out quality checks using Verniers, callipers, plug gauges and height gauges Troubleshoot press, tooling and production issues Complete production and quality documentation Carry out basic preventative maintenance and press guard inspections Maintain high standards of Health & Safety and housekeeping Work to ISO 9001 quality standards Support and guide junior operators when required Requirements Previous experience as a Power Press Setter/Operator Valid RoSPA Power Press Setter's Certif...
