Power Platform Developer

This role will be mainly remote but require flexibility to travel to client sites, and our offices based in London, Sheffield, and Bristol. About The Role As a Senior Microsoft Power Platform and AI Developer, you will work with users, product teams, engineers, architects, security and operational colleagues to turn complex needs into reliable services. You will take technical ownership of significant components and end-to-end solutions and guide decisions across low-code, pro-code, integration and AI patterns. A major part of the role is engineering AI agents and agentic workflows. You will design how agents use trusted knowledge, approved tools, Model Context Protocol (MCP) services, approvals, human hand-offs and safe failure paths. You will ensure that evaluation, observability, identity, permissions and data boundaries are built into delivery rather than added later. You will review code and designs, mentor developers, improve engineering practices and support live services. You should be able to challenge inappropriate use of low-code or AI and select a simpler or more supportable approach where evidence supports it.
