Hays are now looking for a Senior Power Platform Developer for one of our local clients: 500 p/d Inside IR35Hybrid - 2 day in the office, 3 days WFHLocation is Telford6 month+ contractWe are looking for an experienced Senior Power Platform Developer to design and deliver scalable Microsoft Power Platform solutions for a range of business challenges. This is a hands-on role combining solution development, stakeholder engagement, process improvement and technical leadership within an agile delivery environment.What You''ll Be DoingGather and analyse business and functional requirements with stakeholders.Advise on how business needs can be best delivered using Microsoft Power Platform capabilities.Re-engineer and improve business processes using Power Platform best practices.Design, build and implement Power Apps, Power Automate flows and wider Power Platform solutions.Lead technical solution design and ensure alignment with established patterns and standards.Participate in code reviews, providing guidance and quality assurance across Power Platform solutions.Work within Agile delivery teams, contributing to sprint planning and delivery activities.Create and maintain Epics, Features and User Stories.Collaborate with colleagues to continually improve development standards and delivery practices.Support and mentor other team members on new Power Platform capabilities and emerging technologies.What We''re Looking ForStrong commercial experience designing and delivering Microsoft ..... full job details .....
