The successful contractor will lead the transition from manual and document-based processes into a scalable, mobile-friendly Microsoft Power Platform environment. Working closely with operational stakeholders, you will analyse existing workflows, design and build digital solutions, and ensure internal teams are equipped to support and develop the platform beyond the initial implementation. This is a hands-on assignment that requires both technical capability and strong stakeholder engagement skills.
