This capability will enable the organisation to curate evidence requirements, issue requests for information, and facilitate the secure submission of evidence from customers and other parties across multiple digital channels.The role will focus on determining how best to deliver this capability using our existing technology estate while balancing customer experience, operational efficiency, security, scalability and long-term maintainability.Technology LandscapeThe solution will be delivered within a mixed technology environment including: Microsoft Power Platform Dynamics 365 (core case management platform)Power Pages (customer-facing complaint services)Power Automate and associated platform services Digital Portal Platform (Azure-based) Java servicesAzure Kubernetes Service (AKS)DrupalAzure Functions Identity and Access Management Azure AD B2C/Customer Identity and Access Management (CIAM) The RoleWorking closely with enterprise, solution and domain architects, technical teams, delivery leads and business stakeholders, you will be responsible for defining the architectural approach for the Evidence Request and Retrieval capability.You will lead the development of a ..... full job details .....
