Key Responsibilities:Conduct laboratory tests and evaluations on power electronics components and systems.Utilise skills in soldering, crimping, assembly, and prototyping to support product development.Ensure compliance with IPC standards, including IPC 610 and IPC 620.Engage in rework and surface mount technology (SMT) processes to refine prototypes.Collaborate closely with engineering teams to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.What We’re Looking For:Proven experience in power electronics design and laboratory testing.Strong hands-on skills in soldering, crimping, and assembly.Familiarity with IPC standards and testing methodologies.A proactive and detail-oriented approach to problem-solving.If you are looking to take the next step in your career with a trusted leader in technology, we would love to hear from you.
