Due to continued project growth, they are looking for an experienced Power Electronics Engineer to join a small, highly skilled multidisciplinary engineering team. This is an excellent opportunity for a contractor who enjoys working on technically challenging projects, taking ownership of power electronics development and working closely with customers, suppliers and wider engineering teams. The Role As a Power Electronics Engineer, you will take responsibility for the design, development, testing and technical support of power electronic systems from initial concept through to production. You will provide specialist technical expertise across multiple projects, helping to develop efficient, reliable and cost-effective power conversion solutions that meet demanding customer, regulatory and operational requirements. Key Responsibilities Lead the design and development of power electronic systems from concept through to production. Provide technical expertise and input across multiple projects and programmes. Define system and subsystem requirements and ensure designs meet customer, regulatory and operational requirements.
