The role covers the complete electrical design process, from system-level analysis and semiconductor selection through to detailed assembly design, simulation, testing, technical documentation and customer support. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES  Analyse three-phase power systems, including six-pulse, twelve-pulse and multi-pulse rectifier topologies. Perform transformer analysis, including star-star, star-delta, delta-star and delta-delta configurations. Assess harmonics, power factor, commutation overlap, voltage regulation and fault currents. Analyse transformer and semiconductor interaction, including leakage reactance, switching losses, reverse recovery and semiconductor stress.
