      <description>Location: London | Salary: &amp;pound;50/hour | Type: Contract | Power Electronics Engineer Location: London Contract: 12 months Rate: £50 DOE (Inside IR35)    We’re looking for an experienced Power Electronics Engineer to support development of high-voltage DC power systems used in critical infrastructure.  This is a hands-on design role, working on high voltage DC-DC converters and high voltage circuits in a high-reliability environment. Expect to be onsite regularly due to lab-based work.    Key Experience Required  	 Strong power electronics design (DC-DC converters  	 Experience designing high-voltage DC-DC converters  	 Proven end-to-end hardware development 	 Strong understanding of SMPS control loops, stability and compensation 	 Simulation experience (LTspice, PLECS or similar) 	 PCB design (Altium, Zuken or similar)   Nice to Have  	 Experience with high-power or HVDC systems 	 EMC / compliance experience 	 Background in regulated or high-reliability sectors    Please send CV for submission&lt;/p</description>
