      <description>Location: Rugeley | Salary: Negotiable | Type: Contract | Job Title:  Power Electronics Design Engineer  Location:  Rugeley  Term:  12 Months  IR35:  INSIDE  Hourly Rate:  -DOE  I am looking for a talented engineer to join a growing engineering team, developing cutting-edge power electronics for high-reliability Marine, Aerospace and Defence applications. You will play a key role in designing and modelling advanced power systems, working on technologies including motor drives, inverters, converters and power management systems.   The Role   As a Power Electronics Design Engineer, you will be responsible for the design, modelling, simulation and validation of advanced power electronic systems. Working within a multidisciplinary engineering environment, you will develop efficient, reliable and high-performance power conversion solutions from concept through to verification.
