Key ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end Power BI delivery: from data preparation and modelling through to polished, user-friendly dashboardsCoach and mentor analysts through structured training, 1-2-1 support, and hands-on guidanceTranslate technical concepts into clear, accessible guidance for less experienced team membersIdentify capability gaps and define practical upskilling and training approachesProvide guidance on migration from Qlik to Power BI (where relevant)Champion best practices across:Data modellingDAX developmentVisual designGovernanceWork independently with stakeholders to identify opportunities for improvementCreate clear documentation to support knowledge sharing and reuse Core Experience (Must Have)Extensive hands-on Power BI experience in production environments (end-to-end delivery)Strong expertise in:Power Query (M) for data transformationDAX, with a focus on scalable, best-practice developmentStrong data visualisation and UX ..... full job details .....
