Power BI Developer

We are recruiting a Power BI Developer to join an established business that is changing the way it utilises its data and reporting. There is already plenty of reporting in place but much of it is still manual spread across legacy systems. This role will help move that into a more consistent and usable Power BI environment. Ipswich Monday to Friday Working pattern: Office based during probation, then hybrid with a minimum of 3 days per week in the office. You ll work with Power BI, DAX, Power Query, SQL and data modelling, building reports and dashboards, shaping datasets and improving how information is put together behind the scenes making it easier to use, more reliable and better aligned to how teams actually work. You ll spend time with teams across the business understanding what they are trying to measure, where existing reporting is creating unnecessary work and where things can be simplified or automated. There s scope to have a real influence on how reporting develops over time within the business including helping improve standards, governance and the wider move towards Microsoft s data platform.
