Power BI and Smartsheet Developer / Specialist Contract: 3 Months Rate: £500 per day Location: Home Based IR35 Status: Outside IR35 We are seeking an experienced Power BI and Smartsheet Developer / Specialist to support the delivery of a critical reporting and portfolio management initiative. The successful candidate will design reporting solutions, improve data quality and provide stakeholders with clear visibility of project and study performance. Key Responsibilities Develop and enhance Power BI dashboards and reports. Configure and optimise Smartsheet solutions. Deliver franchise-level reporting covering study status, progress, mitigation activities and delayed areas. Create study-level visualisations for milestones, finance metrics, forecasts and LBE. Implement automated alerts for key dates, missing information and data quality issues. Required Skills and Experience Power BI development experience. Smartsheet administration and reporting expertise. Executive dashboard and management reporting experience. Data quality, governance and reporting expertise. Stakeholder management and communication skills. Success Measures Accurate and timely reporting. Improved visibility of study risks and progress. High quality automated reporting and alerts.
