This is a temp-to-perm position working a 40-hour week with set hours of 1.00pm to 10.00 pm, Monday to Friday Key responsibilities: Prepare components for finishing: cleaning, degreasing, masking and hanging parts. Operate powder spray booth and curing ovens safely and efficiently. Apply powder coatings to meet specified finish, colour and thickness standards. Carry out routine quality checks and final inspections; correct defects or report issues. Maintain a clean, organised work area and perform basic routine maintenance of equipment. Follow health & safety procedures, COSHH and environmental controls for coating operations. Record production data and complete required paperwork. Skills and experience required: Proven experience as a powder coater or in a similar finishing role. Strong understanding of powder coating process, spray techniques and oven curing.
