Job Summary: The Powder Coating Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily powder coating operations within a Qualicoat-accredited facility, ensuring full compliance with Qualicoat standards. The role ensures consistent product quality, process control, team leadership, safety compliance, and continuous improvement of coating operations. The role: Key Responsibilities: 1. Quality & Compliance Ensure all powder coating processes comply with Qualicoat Specifications and accreditation requirements. Maintain documentation and traceability as required by Qualicoat. Oversee in-house laboratory testing (adhesion, gloss, thickness, impact, curing checks). Coordinate internal audits and external Qualicoat inspections.
