Powder Coater / Sprayer

We are seeking on behalf of our Client a skilled and detail-oriented Powder Coater/Sprayer to join our dynamic team in the Deeside area. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of powder coating processes and the ability to work with various materials and tools. This role is essential in ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and finish. Responsibilities Prepare surfaces for powder coating by cleaning, sanding, or masking as necessary. Operate powder coating equipment, ensuring proper application techniques are followed. Monitor the curing process to ensure optimal adhesion and finish quality. Conduct regular maintenance on powder coating machinery and equipment. Inspect finished products for defects or inconsistencies in colour and texture. Collaborate with team members to assemble and fabricate components as needed. Maintain a clean and organised work area, adhering to all safety protocols. Qualifications Basic maths skills for measuring and mixing powder coatings accurately. Mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot equipment issues effectively. Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools relevant to the coating process. Experience in a warehouse environment is advantageous. Ability to weld, assemble, and fabricate components as required. Previous experience in painting or powder coating is preferred but not essential.
