Powder Coater Operative - Nechells, Birmingham
Pay Rate: -12.21 per hour
Hours: Monday to Friday, 10:30am - 7:30pm

Pure Staff are currently recruiting on behalf of our well-established client in Nechells, Birmingham for a Powder Coater Operative.

Key Responsibilities:

• Wet spraying of metal components
• Preparing surfaces for powder coating by cleaning, sanding, and masking as required
• Performing quality checks to ensure high standards are met
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised working environment

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment
• Experience in powder coating or wet spraying preferred
• Strong work ethic - honest, reliable, and committed
• Good physical stamina - the role involves lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
