ASC Connections are currently recruiting for an experienced Powder Coater to join a well-established and growing manufacturing business based in Redditch. This is an excellent opportunity to join a busy production team where quality and attention to detail are highly valued.Working Hours: Choose from one of the following day shifts:7:30am - 4:30pm Monday to Thursday, 7:30am - 1:30pm Friday6:00am - 3:00pm Monday to Thursday, 6:00am - 12:00pm FridayPay rate: £12.71 - £13.00 per hourContract: Temporary to PermanentThe Role:As a Powder Coater, you will be responsible for applying high-quality powder-coated finishes to a range of manufactured products while ensuring production and quality standards are consistently met.Key Responsibilities:Preparing and powder coating a variety of metal products to a high-quality finish.Operating spray booth equipment safely and effectively.Carrying out visual quality inspections to ensure products meet customer specifications.Working to production schedules and achieving daily output targets.Identifying and reporting any quality or process issues.Maintaining a clean, organised and safe working environment.Supporting wider warehouse and production activities when required.Following all health and safety procedures and company standards.Candidate Requirements:Previous experience within a Powder Coating role is essential.Experience working within a manufacturing or production environment.Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively. ..... full job details .....
