Make an Impact.We''re seeking an experienced Powder Blending Production Manager to take ownership of a busy production department within a fast-paced food manufacturing environment.This is a hands-on leadership role where you''ll drive operational performance, manage and develop your team, and ensure the highest standards of safety, quality, and efficiency are consistently achieved.Key ResponsibilitiesManage the day-to-day running of the Powder Blending departmentPlan production schedules to meet customer demandLead, motivate, and develop production teamsEnsure orders are delivered on time, in full, and to specificationMaintain stock accuracy, traceability, and batch recordsEnsure compliance with allergen controls, CCPs, hygiene, and food safety standardsMonitor KPIs and drive continuous improvement initiativesManage staffing, training, performance, and attendanceWork closely with Warehouse, Technical, Engineering, and Office teamsInvestigate non-conformances and implement corrective actionsAbout YouMinimum 3 years'' Powder Blending experience (essential)Proven experience managing teams within food manufacturingStrong production planning and raw material management skillsKnowledge of allergens, CCPs, and food safety requirementsExperience using SAP and Microsoft OfficeA confident leader with excellent ..... full job details .....
