This is a key operational leadership role overseeing powder blending activities within a high-performing production environment. The role is ideal for someone with strong powder processing or bulk materials experience who can lead teams, drive efficiency, and ensure consistent product quality and compliance.You will take full responsibility for the blending area, managing a team of operators and technicians while ensuring production targets are achieved safely and efficiently. The successful candidate will bring strong technical knowledge of blending processes alongside proven leadership skills within a regulated manufacturing environment.Key responsibilities:Manage day-to-day powder blending operations to meet production targets and quality standardsEnsure blending processes deliver consistent product quality, homogeneity, and specification complianceOptimise processes to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and enhance cost-effectivenessLead, coach, and develop blending operators and technicians, promoting a strong safety cultureOversee equipment use, maintenance scheduling, and troubleshooting to minimise downtimeCollaborate with Quality Assurance teams to ensure compliance with GMP, HACCP, BRC, FDA, and ISO standardsMonitor raw materials and finished goods inventory to maintain accurate stock controlAnalyse production data and implement ..... full job details .....
