Job Title: Potato GradersBased around the Norfolk area, CB25 0LAStart Date: 08/09/2025Working Hours: 6 days a week, Sunday''s off. 6AM StartsPay Rate: 12.21 and 18.32 overtime after 8 hours Monday to Thursday and after 7 hours on Friday. Saturday 18.32 all hours Expected 12 hours days 45 minutes break Berry recruitment is currently seeking Potato Graders to work as a team and to support the upcoming harvest season. This is a hands-on role - manual handling is required and is ideal for someone with a strong work ethic, excellent attention to detail and team management skills. Main responsibilities:Working as a team of grading staff; ensuring a continual work flow and ensuring that the break times are shared to keep the lines going.Ensure standards are met within the grading and that no foreign objects get though during the grading process.You will be working on the Stationary Grader, so no need to worry about travel sickness!
