Weekly pay | Type: Contract | Duties include: Delivering and collecting internal mail, print, and IT equipment across Kirklees. Sorting and distributing mail between council buildings, schools, and other service locations. Driving a council vehicle (including LGV where required). Loading and unloading vehicles safely in line with Health & Safety procedures. Carrying out basic vehicle checks and ensuring vehicles are clean and well maintained. Operating print finishing equipment, including folding, inserting, booklet and poster production. Handling confidential mail and information securely. Providing excellent customer service to internal departments and service users. Essential Requirements: Full UK driving licence. Experience delivering and sorting mail or similar distribution work. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Knowledge of road safety and Health & Safety procedures. Ability to carry out basic vehicle checks (P.O.W.D.E.R.). Good literacy and numeracy skills. Physically able to lift and move bulky items. Flexible approach to working hours and duties.
