About the Role

Pertemps is recruiting a Postal Delivery Driver - Whitney, RM to work with Royal Mail in Witney. This full-time, temporary role pays £13.69 per hour and offers a schedule of 40 hours weekly, Monday to Friday with weekend availability, on shifts from 10am to 6pm. The position begins immediately. You will start at the local delivery office to sort and load mail, then use a handheld device for route navigation and signature capture. Duties include delivering letters and parcels on foot or by vehicle, walking up to eight miles daily, and lifting mail bags weighing up to 16kg and parcels up to 20kg. This role suits someone who enjoys independent, outdoor work and possesses solid customer service skills.

About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:
· Start your shift at the local delivery office to sort and load your deliveries

· Use delivery trolleys when required
Requirements:
· Full UK manual driving licence (maximum 6 points; clean licence preferred) Need to have held your license for 6 months.
· Previous delivery or driving experience is beneficial but not essential
· Excellent time management and customer service skills
· Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
