About the Role
Pertemps Royal Mail is seeking a Postal Delivery Driver - Bristol South to join their team in Bristol on a full-time, temporary basis, paying £13.69 per hour. This role involves delivering letters and parcels to homes and businesses across the local area, requiring candidates to walk up to 20,000 steps daily and carry mail bags weighing up to 16kg. Working hours range from 30 to 40 per week, including weekend shifts as needed. Applicants must hold a manual UK driving licence with at least six months of experience and no more than six penalty points, plus pass basic DBS and DVLA checks. Permanent opportunities may become available for suitable performers.

Locations available: Bristol BS3 3NR
Pay rate: £13.69 ph
Working hours: 30 - 40 hours per week, you will be required to work Saturdays and / or Sundays as per the Depot’s working hours requirements
Duration: Temporary, with potential opportunities to be made permanent by Royal Mail
Role Requirements:
- Manual UK driving licence
- Minimum 6 months driving experience
- Max 6 penalty points
- Must pass a basic DBS and DVLA check
- Willingness to work weekend shifts as required by the above Depot’s
- Ability to walk up to 20,000 steps per day and carry mail bags up to 16kg
