This is a hands-on team leader role, focused on helping the team deliver a high standard of service, accurate reporting and day-to-day operational support. You will help guide the team, support colleagues with workload priorities and ensure key processes are completed on time and to the required standard. Role Responsibilities: Maintain accurate and timely communication with clients and operating partners to support a high standard of service. Manage POD performance, ensuring PODs are captured, accurate and returned within the contracted timescale. Ensure accurate and timely reporting of proof of delivery status. Process and track returns, escalating where appropriate. Manage debrief performance through proactive haulier engagement and internal process improvement.
