The purpose of the role is to drive excellent internal and external performance across all areas of Post Delivery activity, in line with customer contractual requirements and legal compliance. Role Responsibilities: Handle claims in line with RHA Conditions of Carriage, ensuring they are investigated, progressed and closed within the required timescales, escalating where appropriate. Maintain accurate, timely communication with clients and operating partners to sustain high standards of service. Manage POD performance, ensuring PODs are captured, accurate and returned within the contracted timescale. Process and track returns, escalating where appropriate.
