Post Completions Assistant

A fantastic opportunity exists for a Post Completions Assistant to join a progressive law firm with an excellent reputation based on the outskirts of Tamworth on a full time or part time basis.
To be considered for the Post Completions Assistant role, you’ll require the following essentials:
Current or recent experience within a post-completions role in residential conveyancing
Solid understanding of the Land Registry process, SDLT submissions and lender requirements
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation
Confidence in communicating with clients, solicitors, lenders and other third parties
Proficiency in using Case Management Systems and online portals

Within this Post Completions Assistant position, you’ll also be:
Managing all post-completion matters for residential property transactions
Preparing and submitting Land Registry applications in a timely manner
Handling SDLT returns and ensuring all documentation is compliant
Monitoring deadlines to avoid delays or penalties
Maintaining accurate records and updating case management systems
Liaising with lenders, clients and third parties to resolve post-completion queries
Supporting the conveyancing team with administrative tasks where required
Salary & Working Hours
Salary is £25,000 – £35,000 depending on experience
This role can be full time, or part time.
