Post Completion Team Supervisor - Belfast Overview Pathway Legal is working with an established national law firm seeking a Post Completion Team Supervisor to join its busy Real Estate team in Belfast. Hybrid working is available. This is an excellent opportunity for a career paralegal with property experience who enjoys leading a team. It could also suit a senior property or conveyancing secretary with experience supervising colleagues and managing post-completion work. Key responsibilities Leading the post-completion team across registrations, SDLT returns, lender requirements and related tasks Allocating work, managing workloads and ensuring deadlines and service standards are met Handling complex queries and working closely with solicitors, paralegals and partners Improving processes, accuracy and risk management Training and mentoring colleagues, monitoring performance and reporting to senior management Candidate profile At least one year''s experience in property law or conveyancing, including post-completion work Experience supervising colleagues, allocating work or mentoring others Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to manage competing deadlines Clear communication skills and a collaborative approach You''ll join a national Real Estate team with a broad range of property work and the opportunity to help shape how the post-completion team operates.
