The role is heavily compliance-focused and requires excellent attention to detail, strong organisational skills, and a thorough understanding of Land Registry procedures, SDLT submissions, and post-completion workflows.Key ResponsibilitiesPost-Completion ManagementManage all post-completion matters relating to residential property transactions, including:PurchasesSalesTransfers of EquityRe-mortgagesPrepare, review, and submit Land Registry applications (AP1, FR1, and related forms).Respond to Land Registry requisitions efficiently and accurately.Ensure the correct registration of titles, charges, restrictions, and interests.Liaise with mortgage lenders to satisfy post-completion requirements and panel obligations.Monitor and manage post-completion deadlines, diaries, and workflow pipelines.Ensure all undertakings are fulfilled and recorded in ..... full job details .....
