Post Completion Paralegal

Eventus Legal are seeking a Post Completion Paralegal to join a dedicated post completion team in Spalding, Lincolnshire. This is a full-time, permanent, office based job offering a salary of £26,000 to £28,000 dependent on experience, private health insurance, an employer contributed pension and group life assurance. You will manage your own caseload of post completion files while reporting to a senior member of the property team. Role Responsibilities The Post Completion Paralegal in Spalding, Lincolnshire will take ownership of a varied caseload following completion of residential property transactions. Key responsibilities will include: Managing a caseload of post completion files from completion through to registration and closure Preparing and submitting Stamp Duty Land Tax returns and arranging payment where required Preparing, submitting and progressing applications to HM Land Registry Reviewing and responding to Land Registry requisitions within the relevant timescales Serving leasehold notices and dealing with certificates of compliance, restrictions and other title requirements Checking post completion documentation and maintaining accurate case management records Liaising with fee earners, lenders, managing agents, freeholders and other relevant parties to progress matters Closing files once all post completion requirements have been satisfied Reporting to a senior member of the property team and escalating complex issues appropriately Person ..... full job details .....
