Post-Completion Executive Residential Conveyancing Be the Driving Force Behind Every Successful Transaction Are you an experienced Conveyancing Post-Completion professional who thrives on accuracy, organisation and getting the job done right first time? We''re looking for a proactive Post-Completion Executive to join a busy and highly regarded Residential Conveyancing team. This is a pivotal role where you''ll take ownership of the post-completion process, ensuring registrations, lender requirements and file closures are handled seamlessly, efficiently and within critical deadlines. What You''ll Be Doing Managing all post-completion matters across residential conveyancing transactions. Submitting applications to HM Land Registry, including Transfers, Mortgages and First Registrations within priority periods. Preparing and lodging AP1, FR1 and associated Land Registry documentation. Reviewing, monitoring and responding to Land Registry requisitions. Managing updates through LMS and Lender Exchange portals. Sending completed registration documentation to clients and lenders. Processing completion statements and resolving residual client balances in line with firm procedures. Maintaining accurate case management records and diary systems. Closing and archiving files once all post-completion requirements have been satisfied.
