Post-Award Specialist

We are currently working in partnership with a university based in Southwest London, who are recruiting for a Post-Award Specialist on a temporary contract. The position is due to start immediately and will carry through until December 2026. The daily rate of pay is circa £170 via an Umbrella company.The ideal candidate will have used the Agresso system previously, have extensive and recent post-award experience and be available to start the week commencing 17th August.Manage the post-award administration of research grants, ensuring compliance with funder regulations, reporting requirements, and organisational policiesMaintain grant finances using Agresso (Unit4 ERP), including processing transactions, monitoring budgets, reconciling accounts, and producing financial reportsPrioritise a varied workload, managing multiple deadlines while ensuring accuracy and timely delivery of workResolve queries and financial issues proactively, escalating where appropriate and contributing to process improvementsProvide clear financial advice and support to academics, project teams, finance colleagues, and external funding bodies, building effective working relationshipsExperience required:Experience using Agresso systemSkills, knowledge and expertise required:Highly organizedUsed to working in a high-pressure environmentHandy with IT systemsRewards and Benefits:Hybrid working - 2 days on site per weekWorking hours:37 hours per week Monday - Friday, 9am-5pm Please note that you require ..... full job details .....
