      <description>Location: Selby | Salary: &amp;pound;30 - &amp;pound;35/hour | Type: Contract | Tradewind Recruitment is seeking a suitably experienced Face-to-Face Tutor to support a Post-16 learner in the Selby area of North Yorkshire.  This is an opportunity to help a young person complete their A-Level studies, prepare for examinations and progress onto their preferred pathway through consistent 1:1 tuition.  The placement typically involves 15 hours per week, usually in afternoon sessions, delivered in the home or another agreed suitable venue.   The Role    Deliver high-quality, personalised 1:1 A-Level tuition  Assess current knowledge and plan targeted sessions  Support exam preparation and access arrangements where required  Work calmly with learners who may have ASD, anxiety or additional needs  Monitor progress and adapt teaching strategies  Liaise with local authorities and support teams    The Ideal Tutor Will:    Have strong A-Level subject knowledge and Post-16 teaching experience  Demonstrate patience, adaptability and a calm approach  Be confident supporting learners with additional needs  Hold QTS, QTLS, PGCE or relevant experience (desirable)  Hold an Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or be willing to apply  Have the legal right to work in the UK    Pay:  ...</description>
