You do not need to have the finished article CV, but you do need to be reliable, calm, open to learning and committed to helping young people with SEN make progress.The school supports students with autism and additional needs, with a strong focus on communication, independence, confidence, life skills and preparation for adulthood.The class has not yet been confirmed, which means there is some flexibility around where the successful teacher would be placed. The school will consider the teacher''s strengths, experience and where they feel they would have the best impact.This is a full-time September role on the M1 to M3 pay scale.
