Through a therapeutic and relationship-based approach, the college helps students develop the confidence, independence and life skills they need to achieve positive outcomes in education, employment and adulthood.As Post-16 Operations Manager, you will provide operational and pastoral leadership across the provision, ensuring the smooth, safe and effective day-to-day running of the college. You will oversee key areas including attendance, behaviour, safeguarding, student wellbeing and pastoral support, helping to create a calm, nurturing and purposeful environment where learners can engage, regulate and succeed.Working closely with senior leaders, staff and external agencies, you will coordinate operational systems, support compliance and contribute to the ongoing development of the provision.
