The Positive Relationships Mentor will support promoting the highest possible standards of behaviour of the learners at Wilds Lodge School, including: Involvement in developing and enhancing the behaviour management skills of staff working across the school and setting targets for improvement Implementing agreed strategies to manage and improve the behaviour of learners in the school Delivering 1:1 and small group behaviour support when necessaryWhat you''ll need to succeedThe appointed candidate will have experience working with learners who have behavioural difficulties. You will have a broad knowledge of strategies used for teaching children and young people with social, emotional and mental health needs (SEMH) and those who have a diagnosis of autistic spectrum disorder (ASD).
